Default Hood Emblems

I was wanting to get everyone's opinions. The 1967 Mustang models, have F-O-R-D emblems on the hood. Would it be stupid of me to buy some from 1967 and place on my 05 model. Here is a link:

I've seen it done and i love it. Its your opinion that matters, noone else's. If you decide you dont end up liking it, take it off and i'll buy them from you.

I agree, it is YOUR opinion that matters most. One thing I have noticed with these cars is they all can have a unique look-style-theme. The FORD might work on some, not on others. It worked for me - but rarely gets noticed at the show because the hoods always up! Only people who know Mustangs, will notice - the older guys (than own REAL 60's Mustang) comment. Tip, you can find "stick-on" versions of these, no pins. Try ebay, or I think I got mine from Ohio Mustang.

Thanks for the responses. I appreciate the youtube video, which allows me to see what it would look like. I think the more I look at it, the more I am leaning towards getting it. I mean if I don't like it, its not like it was an expensive set of emblems and I could always take them off. Thanks.
