Unhappy small issue

this weekend i had my car up on the lift to change my clutch. after i finished i hooked the battery back up and took her off the lift. However my A/C no longer works. i have gone through every single test in my ford workshop manual with no results. The only thing i can tell you is when i turn on the A/C the light comes on but the A/C clutch dose not engage. I have checked and double checked all the fuses and relays. sooo any ideas?

Refrigerant is low and the pressure switch is tripping power to the clutch. Evacuate and re-charge the system

Questions, questions...
Fuse F14 in the smart junction box good? There are 2 switches that control power... the ac clutch cycling press switch (fed by S14) the pressure transducer (works with the pcm). Relay fuse F49 good? I assume you checked the clutch relay. Did you check power across the relay? Did you jump power to the clutch to confirm the field coil is working and the clutch engages?
If the clutch won't cycle how could you recharge the system? Without the compressor running there will not be enough difference in pressure between the high and low side to recharge the system properly.

Steps:
First an foremost... check that you do not have the water logged SJB problem
Check ac related fuses
Check for power to the relay (term 30 is fed by fuse F49) the PCM powers the coil of the relay. (The pressure switches send info to the PCM. The climate control module sends signals to the SJB)
Jump power to the clutch to check the field coil -- if this engages the clutch, check for power across the relay when the switch is on --- if none, it could be low system pressure faulty component in the system.

Here's a long shot: Unplug the harness to the compressor, clean the contacts on both the male and female and reconnect. I had the same issue on my son's car and that did the trick.

The SJB does not control the Climate Control Module.....
The Climate Control is an independent system......

I never said the SJB controls the climate control module... info is passed thru the SJB by the climate control module. He was having clutch issues and the clutch request is passed thru the SJB.
