Default $500 for Mods...what to do?

I have $500 to invest in my stock 08 V6 with Pony Package. What can I do with this limited budget to increase performance? I want the car to be a bit quicker. I truly miss my 01 True Blue Bullitt.

No doubt about it. CAI & tune is the biggest bang for the buck short of going FI. For about $600 you'll get the most substantial RWHP gain plus better shifting and throttle response. Research tunes here on the forum and read the info in the stickies before you decide on who you buy from. And notice what people have in their sigs.

My first choice: Intake and tune

Go for exhaust AFTER that.

Yeah go with the intake tune combo. You can get that used for cheaper if you look around. You would end up spending only around 250 if you went that way. Then I would start saving for a new rearend with gears. Or just go straight for the rearend if you plan on going FI soon.

CAI with a custom performance tune (not a canned tune) is your 'must do' mod. This will change the whole personality of your car into a true sports vehicle. VMP's power package is your best bang for the buck.

+1 CAi + Tune (custom, not canned)
