Default Quietest Mufflers/Exhaust Setup Possible For My 2010 V6

I know most won't understand this, but here goes. Right now I've got a true dual setup on my 2010 V6 with an H Pipe and SLP Loudmouths.

I'm looking for the absolute quietest setup I can find..... I mean, I don't want to hear ANYTHING.

Any ideas? Resonators? Hushpowers?

I'll be taking a road trip soon and don't want to hear the wife nagging, so the quietest is the best in this case.

Thanks!

Do you mean you don't want to hear anything from the inside? Or outside as well?

Is this a permanent change or only temporary?

Get a pair of resonators like the Dynomax bullets and throw some GT takeoff mufflers on there.

http://www.amazon.com/Dynomax-24215-...2203655&sr=8-8

I just put those on with some Pype Bombs. Cuts the drone and it's not obnoxious at WOT now.

The bullets will still sound good with your SLP's and you can swap in the GT mufflers for long trips.

Im not sure about 2010 but on the 2007-2009 the GT500 Mufflers are quieter than the GT Mufflers. They are essentially V6 Mufflers reconfigured for Dual Exhaust Application. Thats because the GT Mufflers wouldnt meet noise standards on the GT500 back in 2007.

Add resonators like Bullets as stated above as they will "refine" the tone with the SLP's and quiet the Exhaust in "Stealth Mode" even more.

PS Isnt an Offroad H and SLP's pretty loud? Im not sure I would like that on a V6.

.. that is correct. I was gonna buy a pair but they were selling them for ridiculous prices on ebay(+ shipping up here), so I just put the stock GT ones back on.

I am also making my exhaust set up very quiet. GT mufflers and 20 inch resonators are on top of that list...

If you don't want to hear her nagging, wouldn't you want to get the loudest exhaust possible? LOL!
