Default Nice looking hood on pony package?

i'm hoping to get my hood replaced by ford due to rust bubbles forming on the underside. though i'm wondering what aftermarket hoods look good on a v6 with pony package?

post pics!! this is an 08 btw. didn't know the 2010+ counted as s197!

Hate to spoil your dreams, but Ford won't replace your hood. They will fix it at their cost as long as you are under warranty, but that's it. I know....I've been there, done that and even asked why they wouldn't replace the hood.
It would be cheaper if they just sent us all a check for the cost of a new hood instead of repairing it.....but that ain't gonna happen either. Soooo, start saving your $ for a new after market hood.

To each his own, and everyone's opinion is valid for them, so it's all about what you want...

For my 09 Pony Package I would like to get this hood to go with the retro look. It's from MRT

I really like that hood!! But I can't justify $700 for a hood + painting.

I have the cervini's concept but I don't have the PP grille. I'll post pics tomorrow.

Yeah, I can't justify it either. But it's the one I'd like to have! It has the wiring built in for turn signals (like the '68), relocated wiper nozzles, and functional heat extractor vents.
