Default Horn sounds muffled

I just installed an amp and stereo (amp isn't working yet, but radio is) and I've now realized that my horn doesn't sound right. It sounds like it's underpowered or something. It sounds like there is something covering the horn when I beep. Any ideas on what to do?

haha, I kinda wanted to do that in my old car... never did though. I feel like I'd have the same problem if I got a new horn

hmm, i found this:

I think they come with mounting brackets and whatever you need to install them, so hopefully I won't have to do any sort of drilling.

Do you have any opinions on this though? Not sure if it would be very easy to mount.

The 118dB horns are kinda weak.
Get at least 128dB horns.
An increase of just 3 dB is perceived as twice as loud.
The air compressor horn would sound just one tone
and that would just be wrong. BEEP BEEP.
Junkyard.
Horns off a newer Caddy will BLOW YOU AWAY!
