Top speed (governor limited): 113 mph ????? is this really true and how can u bypass that so you can go over 113??? please let me no what a disgrace!

The top speed is limited because of the stock tire's speed rating. You can remove the speed limiter with an SCT X-calibrator or X-calibrator 2. But, put on better sneakers, if ya do!
