Default Trunk Release?

This is really a crazy question but I recently bought a 06 Mustang and it did not come with a owners manual. I have looked everywhere for a trunk release on the inside of the car and I cannot find it. I have the button on the key chain but nothing else. I have looked on the dash, left of the steering wheel near lights, around the stereo area, on the side of the drivers seat near the electric seat controls....is there one on the inside and if so, where is it at????????

Just the key FOB and with the key. But here's a link to a mod to install your own: http://www.cherod.com/mustang/HowTo/TrunkRelease.htm

Give me your e-mail address and I'll attach a pdf of the '06 OM.

If you do lock your keys in the trunk and the doors are open.. you have to do some crawling maneuvers into the trunk to release it. Lulz.

Don't know why they don't have one. I installed one, not too bad a job. I put mine in the center consul, and patched it into the wire to the right of the back seat. Use it all the time. (Had the back seat out while installing the light bar in the ragtop, so did them both at the same time_

I don't care much about a trunk release but a locking gas cap is something that needs to be done.
