Default question about upcoming install

ok so im installing my koni yellows and springs around xmas time. so i was wondering would this be a good time to go ahead and paint my brake caliphers? any reason this wouldnt work out?
also im about order the mgw short shifter. anything i need to know? thanks!!
xmas is gonna be awesome

Sure? Honestly all you have to do is take off the wheels to paint them....

well u have to take off the caliphers right? i was just wondering if that would get in the way

You don't need to take off your brake calipers for a spring/shock installation. All you do is take off unbolt the brake lines in the rear, and the front brakes need to be held when the strut assembly comes off.

You do not need to take the calipers off when you paint them.

Technically you dont need to take the calipers off if you get the painting kit with the brush, it takes a little longer but comes out really nice thats what I did.

You can do it without removing the calipers, expect each caliper to take you a good 20-30 minutes depending on how you want it to look. Def. worth it though, came out great and dries really fast!
