Default A good feeling!

This morning I took my Mustang into the dealership to get a free inspection and oil change. When I drove it into their huge service garage, all eyes were on my baby! One of the techs said, "What a nice '07!" Then he asked if I washed it all the time and I explained that I have never washed my car. It sits outside with a car cover on it. He was telling everyone in there and they all were walking around my car in amazement.
I tell ya, it really makes you feel good to see other people loving Mustangs like we do! Just thought I would share.

I know what you mean. I still get looks on my '07 most anywhere I go. And the g/f gets even more looks in her Legend Lime '06.

i hear ya man, i don't realize it really until i get the truck out in the winter and i don't see people looking. Then come spring time comes and the looks come back.

Funny story on topic, i was driving up to the track this fall in the car and had a van full of high school cheerleaders all waving and smiling as they went by. Thought to myself, Damn wish i was 6 years younger, still nice to have them notice though. lol

Althought lately ive been angry at my mustang for rattles, it definitly feels so good hearing people tell me they like my car or its nice. Alot of people dont know that the 2005-2009 mustangs are actaully really affordable, i always get how can you afford that car?
Its easy bought it used from someone not a dealer so it wasnt as high and its 4 years old and a v6 thats how =]

I hear you all!!! I've had my '07 Mustang for three years and I still get compliments on her!! Last month I was driving out of a hotel parking lot and I got a nice compliment on the car by the parking attendant. Even my best friend loves how I keep my car clean, even though it's going to need a good wash soon. Even her 73-year old mom gave the car a good compliment.

I am in the South, maybe it was because I was at a dealership that hosts a local Mustang Club.
I don't drive my car during rain/snow, only on pretty days. I just keep it detailed, polished, waxed with a car cover on it. I even wiped down the engine bay really good as well as door jams and inside the trunk lid. It would be really nice if I could get it into my garage, but right now I have it packed with business stuff. So for now, the car cover is really doing it's job.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean about black cars. I had an '82 GT Mustang 5.0 that was Black on Black. I kept that one in mint condition too. I sold it five years ago to a car collector.

Mustangs are my passion, so I really enjoy keeping them looking clean.

It's an Evolution 4 Car Cover by Kimberly Clark. It's not 100% water proof, but it will keep your car clean. I don't have to worry about water spots, bird poo, leaves getting into the cowl, cats walking on my car or dust/debris settling on it. I had to do something to keep my car looking new and this is the solution until I can either get another garage built or a car port.
