Trouble Codes
My friend and I just had a installed a new clutch and now my A/C doesn't work, the fuel maybe cuts off around 3500-4200 rpms and it's idling and running rough. I ran a diagnostics and here are the trouble codes:
P0102
P0135
P0155
P0403
P0443
P0446
P0645
P1489
I know what they all mean, but I don't know how to fix it. Also, fuse #47 is blown. I replaced it twice and it blew as soon as I started the car. I've read that it could be the alternator, an o2 sensor or wire harness... I reinstalled my tune, disconnected the battery, tried to check all of the o2 sensors and they all feel and look ok to me.
Has anyone had these problems? Could it be anything else?

We fixed it. The wire harness got caught between the transmission and the engine. All good now.
If this happens to anyone, check to make sure any part of the wire harness didn't get caught when putting the transmission back on.

I'm having the same problem, I checked if the wires got stuck between the tranny and the engine( been almost 3 months since i put new clutch, flywheel etc...) the wires doesnt look like any wires got pinched. i could wiggle them around when i was grabbing onto them from the engine bay and the 47 fuse keeps blowing out. how you see that the wires was being caught? under the car? thru the engine bay? 0.o
