swap gt500 engine to v6
If I buy Engine & transmission from salvage 2013 gt500,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mustang-Shelby-GT500-SVT-5-8L-Dohc-32V-Engine-Motor-6-Speed-Transmission-2013-/190815361675?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c6d7b5a8b&vxp=mtr
It would be fine to swap my 08 mustang 4.0L?
I want to avoid ecu remapping
because there No good programmer in my area....
just using previous gt500's ecu

Of course you can. But just doing the motor/trans and ECU is just the start of the process. You're going to need to change your engine cradle, transmission cross member/mount, a/c, driveshaft, power steering, rear end, cooling system, and brakes.
It's going to take you at least a month to make the swap, and several thousand dollars over and above the cost of the motor/trans if you do it right.
A few months ago, I evaluated doing a Coyote/manual trans swap into a 2012 V6 automatic, and came up with a final estimate of just under $18k (assuming everything was purchased new, including the engine and trans).
