Default Rotate flywheel?

My car makes a little grind noise when starting up, typically when it hasn't been driven in hours. Theirs a worn tooth on the flywheel how do I rotate the flywheel to the starter can catch a different tooth? Sealed tranny by the way.😭

Had a Maverick that was like this. I'd put it in high gear and could then push it a bit. Usually did the trick.

Check the starter, if the teeth are worn on it replace the gear and make sure it is pushing the gear all the way out. Check the solenoid and make sure the battery is fully charged, a weak battery or bad starting solenoid can make it so the starter is not kicking all the way in.
If nothing changes replace the flywheel or carry a breaker bar with the correct socket on it to turn the motor slightly.

I've replaced the starter, and autozone says there is nothing wrong with it, the teeth are all good but a couple and I'm told unless you change its pattern it was always hit those worn teeth? Weak battery may be an issue, positive side is corroded and I just bought it a few months ago. Don't think owners changed it but once, maybe.

heard somewhere a v6 will have 3 points on the flywheel where itll wear more due to where the engine hits compression, and v8's have 4 spots.

so its either battery not strong enough, or flywheel is getting wore out
