Default Radar Detector

Is anybody running a hidden radar detector to help look out for speed traps.

And while i'm in here. I got a sticker in the truck of my stang saying the Police can track you.

What's up with that.
I buy a sports car and the police have more rights than me.
So who really owns my car.

Anybody using one in their car.

Thanks.

I owe the car...
the sticker I think is telling me things are marked.

I'm going this morning to Car Toys in Humble to look at a uniden R7.

All the Videos on it complain about the bracket and suction cups.
and the R7 bumping the windshield.
And the unit bouncing up and down.
Vibration.
and the downward looking the bracket is facing.

Does Uniden not know how to build a bracket.

If you owe the car, it isn't all yours. What does the sticker you mention say? Uniden knows how to build. The speed limit is posted, it's no secret, it's no trap.

Like I used to tell people, radar detectors don't prevent tickets (as I wrote the second stroke), they just tell you you've been caught. They will allow you to drive less defensively, more aggressively even, and you'll soon loose caution, and get bigger tickets.

The little two cup clip is pathetic, but the larger single cup mount works well, is adjustable and quite stable. Both types came with my R7.
