Damaged Return fuel line

My fuel return fuel line is damaged, fuel spews out when I'm pumping gas. Ford tells me the part is discontinued. Is it possible to fix or is there a 3rd party i can buy one from?

Cut the Leak out and replace it with a Rubber line. Make sure you tie it off to stay away from the Exhaust pipe so it doesn't happen again.
