Default JBA True Duals installed

Just got my JBA True Dual exhaust installed today and i am pretty darn impressed with them. they sound just as i hoped they would.....deep mellow growl at idle (not too loud at all) and a healthy beefy roar when i rev up. very very pleased with the sound and look. only problem is that the mufflers need to be lined up evenly....i cut out the notch after the install so that i could make sure i cut in the right spot (bumper cover is pretty soft and easy to cut with a good sharp knife) and now the driver side muffler looks uneven with the passenger one (hangs lower). the guy at the muffler shop told me he would line it up for me after i notched out the bumper so i am gonna take it in again first thing tommorrow morning. i will post pics after i get the mufflers lined up correctly.

hamidlmt,
Love the looks of your ride, but is this a standard paint or custom job?

good ol' redfire paint job from the factory... after 3 or 4 applications of Safe Cut and many coats of NXT Tech Wax.

sorry... don't mean to jack the thread...

just got back from the shop this morning and the guys straightened out the driver side muffler and now it looks great. it required a little bending where the muffler connects to the pipe but they lined it up nicely and secured it with extra brackets so that it doesnt shake too much. the whole installation costed me $100 but i think it was worth it cuz i would have not been able to do what they did myself. they also tack welded the pipes where the pipes connect besides just using the brackets that came with the kit. they said this would keep the pipes from slipping or twisting over time. seems like they did a good job from what i can tell but i will let you all know if i run into any problems. for those of you deciding on whether or not to get this exhaust, you won't be dissapointed with the JBA kit.

oh yeah...pics coming very soon (hopefully i get off work in time to take pics before it gets dark....DAMN YOU DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME!!!...haha, jk)

Nice...right behind you with duals.

Do all JBA tips stick out that far?
