So I have a 2007 Fort Mustang V6. Base model, other than the interior swap and little things. I’ve never had a Key Fob but I ordered one. The Key Fob does not connect to the car when the car is in pair mode. The battery is brand new and I’ve tried 3 batteries and I have even connected to my buddies ‘04 Sport Trac and it works fine. I have an aftermarket radio, and a cord dangling down for a USB for your phone charger, nothing more other than an LED light set up for your feet and the floor board and stuff. It will not pair to the car no matter how many times I try. I’ve read it could be AUX cords which I don’t have other than that USB so if anyone has some insight that would be much much appreciated. I’m going to try and take the fuse out for the radio and try it later as well as disconnect thag USB cord running into my dash from the glove box. If anyone can help me and maybe give me an idea on why it won’t connect or if it’s the radio or what would be awesome. Thanks guy, I’ll keep you updated. Again batteries in the fob are not an issue.
