The cost effective route is Xenon or GT take offs. With Xenon you have to get the parts painted, of course you can look at Roush, Boy Racer and Legend kits. Here is the link to the GT take offs I got, pre painted:

If you want to get the skirts plus a front and rear bumper, go with Casco, it costs $550 plus shipping for everything. Also if you find a buddy locally that also wants a kit, they will ship two kits for about the same shipping price. Plus the parts come painted already, and I havent heard anything bad about the guy.
