are they double sided taped on? my husband was going to get them for me but he wasn't crazy about taping them on and then trying to keep the glass clean underneath..i guess

Yep, they are the dobule sided 3M... I simply blast through the louvers with the high pressure hose to clean the window... Louvers are still on a tight as the day they were installed!

Personally I don't like the louvers (Roush) that have the bolt holes in them... May make it easy to take off... but like I said I have no problem with my windows...

I have a new 2005 Mustang coupe, silver satin, and next Monday I'm picking up a set of painted "Street Scene" side window covers from my Ford dealer. I wolds have gotten them today, but the body shop painter got the satin color wrong. I have mixed feelings about taping something on that's going to have to stay there, and me be happy about it, but that's how I also felt just before I got my Ford OEM dual black racing stripes ont he car (3 days after buying it). I'll post some photos when I pick up the louvers and pit them on the car. Regards.

I got the roush louvers.

super ez install it came with a large template that tapes to the window and then there are 3 metal brakets that tape to the area around the window with the template to aid with the placement. Then the louvers just screw to the brakets that are taped to the car

to address the bolt holes, I liked the fact that i was able to remove the louvers to clean the windows
