GT front bumper ????

Ok when i swap the v6 to GT front bumper, will the factory inner fender lining work? or do i need to go buy fender lining? Any help from you guys that have done teh swap would be much appreciated

They're a different shape on the edge where it meets the front bumper. The fender liners on each side are in two halves, front and rear. You only need the two front halves (L&R)

You'll also need new bumper foam inserts and a GT lower splash shield (fits under the radiator, the V6 doesn't have one) to do the job right.

hmmm. i just bought the fender liners...so do i absolutely need the new foam inserts and splash guard as well?

You could probably get away without the bumper foam, but that splash shield connects to the bottom of the GT bumper in the center, it might be prone to wind vibration without it.

it does need new splash guards... but i didnt buy new ones.. u dont rly need to replace them unless 2 inches of space is going to pis u off

did u replace anything else? like the radiator splahs shield that torchvert was talking about or the bumper inserts?

im only 21... and i took them off and replaced them by myself ( i did not have to replace anything)... look at that pics i posted awhile back post titled "hambone: here are the pics you requested" the only problem you will run in too is removing the rivets.... just have a drill with drill bits handy and go out and buy nuts and bolts.
