Default Horn Problem

Hey guys, uuhh a few minutes ago i parked my car, got out, and hit the lock button twice only to be alerted by a high pitch "hink" (not as low pitch as a honk) im really confused has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what i should do, or look into to fix the problem. its really weird my horn just randomly changed tone, once a solid fairly low pitch honk, to now an annoying high pitch Toyota sounding "Hink" any ideas?

if you know where the horn is actullaly located just take a look at it. i am really not sure where it is on our cars, but i have never looked. his one was under his hood. it lookes kind of like a 4in speaker or something. i am really not sure how it happened, for his car we just assumed that some kind of rock got it in because he takes it off roading a lot, or that something hit it when he had the hood up installing something
