Has anyone familar with "Westcoast Performance Parts" Good? or Indifferent?

well i ordered from them in september of 05' and i received my shipment even though it took like 3 weeks.... but i did receive and at the time charlie was very prompt in responding to my concerns and problems... things have been differently lately.. i recently had a question and never once has he picked up his phone from the last 5 - 7 times ive tried on various occasions.... good wiring harness/switch for the foglights though... i used his wiring harness and purchased the Casco body thing

 

check this forum out...I guess no one is happy with them
