You can't pick up a "pony package", you can put one together though. The "pony package" consists of the pony grille w/fogs, front and rear sway bars, pony fender badges, and 17" bullit wheels and tires. A lot of this is avialable on Ebay, or you can contact Kevin at clevparts@aol.com He's a Ford parts manager who gives great discounts on parts to forum members. I put this package for my 05 vert. Good project!

Yup! I got mine from Kevin at clevparts@aol.com for $225 delivered. His package included brackets, clip on nuts and bolts. All OEM. Great guy! I'm sure I was just lucky, but he even included a cool factory stang poster that's now on my wall.

I totaled the 06 with the Pony Package and didn't order the replacement car with one. Truthfully, I thought the suspension was a bit to stiff with the 17" wheels. The replacement convertible I bought without the package. I actually have the 17" wheels as I totaled it with 16" rims and snow tires. This spring I will put on the 17" wheels, install the Saleen headlights, Skip the wanna be badges, and maybe I will call it the "Jay" package, lol. This should give me much better handling and also a nice ride, much better lighting, the stock lights suck, and although the pony badges are so cool, I feel it violates the true integrity of the model (JUST A VERY PERSONAL OPINION!).

Hope this helps,

Jay

the stock lights suck
I'll second that. Anyone found any good bulbs yet? I want brighter lights but don't want to invest in HIDs.

I'm not sure I understand your comment about "the badges violates the true integity of the model" the pony badges are only available on the V6 model with the "pony package". If someone has added all the features of the package to their V6, then badges seem appropriate. To each their own I guess.
