Default mountain driving

anybody had any trouble with the change in air after a tune and cai upgrade, I make regular trips through the mountains around Tahoe and Yosemite and was curious, air is a little thinner up there (there is no stupid questions but the ones not asked-quote from someone I dont know)

I would think that if elevation was an issue, my custom tuner (Doug at Bamachips) would make a point to ask what elevation I drive the car at. Here in Central Oregon I live at 3,300 ft, and drive up to 5,000 ft no problems.
