cammed 306 will it pass emissions

i just got stationed in arlington and i heard there strict on emissions.
think it wil pass?

Hard to say. Does it still have cats? Hopefully someone else will chime in that's more familiar with the emissions testing up there.

there not factory just generic hi-flow cats
