Default Power Pkg + CMCV - DP

Hi Justin

I am considering ordering one of your power packages and the Steeda Economy CMCV Delete Plates for a 2007 GT M5 3.55.

1. I know it has become industry standard to "Lock" the tune. I am not certain how much the owner is left able to control.
It would be nice to have control of idle speed, rpm limiter, traction control, fan activation and deactivation temps, gearing, and tire size.
Is this possible?

2. On the CMCV-DP how much fuel mileage is usually lost to this mod (as compared to before tune)?
Most of the time in town I operate at less than 2000 rpm with cruising rpm around 1200.

3. If you order the CMCV-DP at the same time you order a tuner will there be a discount since you wont need the 4th file included with the CMCV-DP? If not can you get a 4th tune that is different from the ones on the tuner?

4. If the fuel mileage tune doesnt lose any full-throttle performance compared to the performance tune what is the difference?
Softer throttle response in the mileage tune?

4. I would like to have an opportunity to have you check the car on the dyno once I am done with the Mods. I see you will be in Steele AL at the 2008 Southern Ford V6 Challengewith your Mobile Dynojet. Will you be allowing a V8 car on the dyno at this event?

Thank You for your time!

Hi, all my custom tunes have full user adjustable options enabled, so not "locked".

I can sell the CMCV plates for $150 without a tune, I know that may not be a rock-bottom price.

With the proper tuning no MPG should be lost.

Mileage tunes may have slightly less part throttle power, but on that car I doubt you will even notice.

Dyno in alabama for a V8 would be fine, just sign up on the website when you are ready.
