FYI, you will get a faster response via email, I do not always get over the forums every day.

Looks like yours is coming up in line for custom tuning soon, you should have it shortly.

FWIW, Justin is very busy, but does it right. Give him the time he needs; he'll take care of you. It can be hard waiting for a tune, and an email message will get answered.

(He's the tuner of my setup )

Did you ever fix the mechanical problems to get your car running right?

Some people just have an entitlement attitude and want everything done for them even though its not reasonable.

Had 0 mechanical issues, it was the tune file you waited 3 months to send me, after waiting almost a month to send me my egr delete and another week for my fuel pump. Another online tuner send me a tune file and magically all my "mechanical" issues stopped...

Actually, it was you that told me the car had mechanical problems but begged me to tune around them. I don't know what you expect me to do, listen to you, or not, or hack up the tune. You are not a good candidate for a mail order tune if you do not know what is going on with your own car, and I actually have a lot of people like this that I have to turn away.

Interesting,
funny how the new person who does my mail order tuning I've not had 1 issue with the car or the tune. You wanted to take almost a month to send me a tune that was so far off it didn't make sense, you acted like you didn't want to read the data logs, anyway lots of people are complaining about your over the web service and ****ty customer service now days not just me! (I wonder why?) And now I'm done with this thread and you.

Add me to the list of receiving a c(*p tune from Justin. I ordered the xcharger tune in June 2008 and im still waiting on a fix for my part throttle lean condition. logs had AF at 24 at part throttle and car doesnt move. it can be very dangerous to drive in traffic because i never know if its actual going to move or just stall. every time i send log it atleast a month before i receive anything but it hasnt been fixed. I couldnt wait any longer and purchase the BAMA tune. he's retuned 4 times from log i sent and i didnt have to wait over 3 days for any of his adjustments. Car runs great on his tune no lag or lean condition.

Guess Im out $250...if anyone is thinking about tuning go with BAMA.
