Hey all, just thought I drop a line saying I've been riding a 2001 VFR 800, and I am losing interest in beefing up my car, a 95GT. Man that bike is fast, can't wait to find a girl who likes to ride too. Oh yeah, I'm on Whidbey Island, and my car is what they call laser red, with I think a 94 Cobra wing.

 

Well a 3400lb car will never be as quick as a ~600lb bike... not going to happen!

I think I'd probably kill myself on a bike.
Even though my Jetta is nowhere near as fast as my 5.0 it's still fun to tinker and drive it.

Hey Bandit, do you ride a Suzuki Bandit? My buddy has a 400. The bike I'm actually looking at buying is a 98 Suzuki GSX-R750, weighing in at 430lbs, with 113HP. Top speed of 167MPH.

OK, here I am, back again. I never did get the 98 GSXR750. I got a 2002 GSXR1000! LOL, had this for about a month and a half, and its more fun than some of my old girlfriends! Wow, talk about fast. I havent even tapped the potential of the bike yet, havent been faster than 125, because I dont have gear yet. Done 117 in the 1/4 without even trying. Should hit 130 easy. I want to get a carbon fiber pipe for it, and a tinted windscreen.

Haha, I'm still alive and kicking. Just threw in some ported stock heads, FMS B303 cam, roller rocker 1.7s, headers, and 70mm tbody. Runs like a champ, and sounds mean. Guess I'm not tired of that Stang after all! However, I feel sorry for all those chumps out there stuck on 4 wheels. Dub6, I am being safe, Im still alive arent I?
