I'd be interested in some dyno / tune time for my 'Stang... (and my Plymouth).

Wasn't there a shop in Torrance that did this?

There are a couple members in 2005-2008 who work at shops. Hopefully they'll respond. Maybe offer us a group buy or a break on the install.

 

There is one S.T. Motorsports. They can build some pretty nice motors. Just ask fordfanboy... i see him out in irwindale every so often. One hell of a nice car... Im sure they do tuning also.

 

S.T. has a great rep.... and Adam from there has a S197 running in the 9s

 

Most people I know in SoCal take their cars to GTR in Rancho Cucamonga

 

I used my buddy who knows his stuff. We're going to tune it using the new AEM AFCD (can't remember the name) I believe to see how it works. Lets you adjust the fuel and timing better. ST and GTR are both good tuners. I would go to Adam first though at ST.

 

I know that The Dyno Shop in Santee is supposed to be really good for dyno tunes; however, most of the guys I know who take their cars there are carbureted, not injected. Dyno Shop knows their stuff for carb'd cars; I can't imagine it would be too different from fuel injection?
