Black Bullitt In San Francisco Auto Show

RE: Black Bullitt In San Francisco Auto Show
The spirit in which the car was intended to be makes this car spot on for the most part. While I'm not sure why they did the black thats beside the point. The car was meant to be stripped down and plain. As if Steve McQueen would have been caught dead in an overly pimped out with gingerbread ride anyway. It's like those lamers who put 22 inch wheels with excessive chrome on an SUV! Thats just gawdy and not functional. Same with those who slap them on economy japanese cars. rediculously out of place.
I understand it's a generational thing for the most part... though it's scary when I see a 40 something year old guy with 22 inch wheels on their Tahoe or Expedition. Frankly thats something I'd expect to see from a 22 year old.
the Bullitt concept goes right by anyone under 35-40 and is classed as boring. We all have our own opinions. It's just like anytime I see some kid with a Nissan/Honda/Toyota etc who slaps gawdy chrome oversized wheels, excess body moulding, mod chips, etc, etc, etc. and the things just look so overdone and tasteless.
