I tell you that I've always wanted to attend a meet and greet or cruise. The distance and travel time has always been a problem, for me it would be a mini-vacation to So-Cal. I guess I could use a vacation. Anyways, I contacted Scotte, VP for STANDPEDE, the other day. Scotte provided me with some general information as to how I could get a Nor-Cal STANGPEDE Chapter organized. For me at least this sounds great. This would provide me with the opportunityto meet other Mustang enthusiast, share tech knowledge, shows, cruises, andorganize legal street racingand much more.If this sounds prettysweet to let me know. As it stands right now we need atleast 15 members.This chapter would be open to all mustangs.The chaptercover the CentralCoast, MontereyBay, to the San FransicoBayarea. There needs to me a strong commitmentfrom thosethat are interested. From whatI've been toldbyScotte is that this has been attempted before but failed reason unknown. Sounds like a GREAT opportunity out west. Stangpede is a great club, doing great things. Anyone with some interest in a car club should definately check it out.

Is there a Cen-Cal chapter by any chance? I'd definetly be interested but, the Nor-Cal is Waaay too far, and the So-Cal ones are always scheduled on bad days LOL I'm heading down south for some leisure with the wifeytoday and the meeting/cruise is on Sunday. If gas werent an issue, I would TOTALLY make it but, since gas is heading to "Arm&Leg" status LOL This next one will have to be a no show[:'(]...
