MOD DELETE THIS DUPLICATE.
Stangpede Ventura County Kick-Off &
Ventura County Mustang Show & Shine
The Date will be: April 27, 2008 (Sunday)
The Start Time: 10:00AM ("Gates" Open at 9:00AM for Show Cars)
The End Time: Between 4 and 5 PM
Location: Freedom Park (Camarillo, CA) - MAP
Cruise Starts at: 3-3:30PM
Cruise through Camarillo and then on the PCH to Ralph's (location of LA's cruise end point)
I'm trying to officially nail this down with the city, but even if this isn't made official with them we will be meeting at Freedom Park (Camarillo Airport). It's off the 101 Freeway and just a bit down the road. PLENTY of parking for everyone. Including a Separate Section for Show and Shine Competitors.
I'm looking to have one or two models on hand for photos, as well as a professional photographer friend of mine to come and take some gorgeous shots of us and the cars.
I will have CERTIFICATES made for ALL Show & Shine Competitors, REGARDLESS of voting! So PLEASE - enter your Stang for a shot at one of the following titles:
BIS - Stock
BIS - Modified
BIS - Overall
BIS - V6
BIS - V8
Best Paint Job
Best Theme
VOTED ON BY ALL GUESTS - Each Car will receive a number, each guest will receive a ticket as they enter the judging area - they will choose which car they want to vote for, based on the total votes we get our winners.
Each category will have a runner-up. Each winner (including R/U's) will receive a Special Certificate. No prizes have been donated for BIS - OVERALL at this time, I'll keep you posted if that changes.
This is the first Ventura County Mustang Show & Shine Event of the year - we will be hosting 1 Show every 4 months (3 times per year). This currently a MUSTANG ONLY event, we have plans to develop a larger event in the coming months.
