i have the money to buy mid-pipe and cat back system. now my question is will i have any trouble passing emission testing cause no matter what im getting the cat-back system. but i also want the mid pipe realy bad lol and i heard that i will have some trouble with emission testing if i have one dont know if theirs any truth to this i live in cali so i cant dought it lol.

 

As long as there is CARB OE number...no, you will not have problems passing emissions.

 

thanks for that info do most x-pipe have a carb number and if only seairtain ones can u give me idea of witch one too get that way no worries thanks.

 

I don't think you can do an x-pipe. if you find one with a CARB #, please post it here, but I don't think they exist. can't do LT's and can't do x pipes in CA.

 

Not all aftermarket exhaust options offer CARB# equivilants (sp) I think a X-pipe is one of those. Cali is the worst. I would suggest a reputable muffler shop in your area and talk to them about it. If it does exist they could find it for you.
