Hey guys/girls,

Do we have to use a performance winter tires on factory 17s. Everywhere I have gone so far has quoted me on these type of tires and they are really expensive. I just want a basic winter tire. Any suggestions or experience with different winter tires?

You don't have to use performance winter tires.

The least expensive winter tire we sell in 235/55-17 is the winterforce for $86 each. The next step up from there would be the michelin x ice for $126.

 

Just expect a downgrade in handling while winter tires are on.
