Default Do they need a balance?

I bought some used oem (150 mile rims and tires on ebay). Do I need to have them rebalanced on my car after I put them on?

No, never removed, they do have wheel weights. No Tire Pressure Sensors though. Also can I use the same lug nuts? I have 17" Bullets now, going to 18" Fan Blades.

Just swap em out. lug nuts work for both. I use to swap the same setup for winter/summer

Any idea what wheels would have more weights when put on the car? Two have only a couple weights and two have about double that.

Thats pretty much the norm. I would say as long as not more than 2.5 oz in a size. I have balanced wheel assemblies that have not required any weight.
If there is more than 2.5 oz of weight "I" would break the tire down and turn 180 degrees on the rim and rebalance.

Im sure yours are fine.

So it doesn't matter what wheel has more weight? Wheels with more weight go in front/back? Seemed the ones on the car had more weight in back so that's where I put the new ones with more weight.
