Default 17x9 Tire Fitment Question

Im looking to purchase 17x9 03 cobra replicas and was thinking about going 245/45/r17 all around but will that make the tires look too stretched or just right? Or should I get 255/40/r17s? Pics would be nice as well. Thanks

I have always thought that a 255~265 is a good fit for a 9" wheel.

This is going to depend on the manufacturer to some degree. There is going to be a slight variation and should see ***THIS*** thread on this subject just the other day.
