Tires For Wheels
What is the best option?
One: 2 sets of 18x9 with 255/45/18 fronts; 275/40/18 backs
Two: 18x9 with 255/45/18 fronts; 18x10 with 275/40/18
Due to cost considerations 285/40/18 is not an option.
Lastly, I am going to make the purchase from American Muscle. Does anyone have a promocode(s)
More questions:
What should be the absolute largest difference between front end and back end total wheel + tire diameter?
If there is a difference, what is an "appropriate" difference?
Thanks

This isn't really a choice someone else can say is good for YOU. Going 9"s & 10"s, you have rotation issues in play, so the only real difference besides cost.
Whenever buying tires, one needs ONLY to consider the needs of the driver. Whatever tires you buy, make sure they suit your needs. There is NO cost saving in purchasing a tire that does not perform in the mannor in which you like/need.
