Question Rim reference

Hi guys,
Hope I'm at the right place.
I need your help, your sharpen eyes
I have a 2007 GT premium Mustang on wich the previous owner put those rims:

The size of the tire on it is 245/45/ZR17.
All that to say that I have smashed one of them and need to replace it.

Mister Ford told me it was a nice $560 #7R3Z1007F rim. The thing is I can't check on any website if he's right cause I can't find any picture of this reference except rims that are not the same as mine...
But... I have found a ALY03589U serie which is very similar and very much cheaper !

http://www.wheelsandcaps.com/w_selec..._MODEL=MUSTANG

Do you think it's the same kind of wheel? And what would be the good one among all the references they have on their website (ALY03589U10? 30? 35?...)? Would it fit?

Please heeeeelp meeeeeeeeeee

Chris

By the way, forgive my bad English...

The wheels will look similar for sure, but willing to bet if you placed them side by side, you could spot the differences

Just looking at the two pics, the valve stem hole does not appear to be in that secondary recessed lip and the lug holes look deeper on the aftermarket wheel. The finish looks alot different in the pics, but probably the light is mostly responsible for that. The finish will indeed differ though, just probably not as much as it appears here.

I would look for a set of "Take-offs" in the For Sale section of the forums here. Many have the same issue, or looking for a set of smaller diameter ones for 1/4 mile tires.

Good luck and welcome to MF's

Thank you Jazzer, that's quick reply !!
I'll check the "for sale" section.
Anyway, it would cost me less money to buy 4 new cheaper trims than replacing one...

Also, whats with the 99-04 tire size! Too short for an S197. I would be willing to bet they installed wheels for a 99-04 having the wrong offset.

Does anybody know the difference between the #7R3Z-1007-F, mine according to Ford, and #7R3Z-1007-E, listed as the silver Bullitt...??

Well... All this is not really clear to me... Sorry, I'm a "newbie"

If I get it, I have either the choice to replace my damage trim by an expensive 7R3Z1007F, no alternative, or buy a new set of 4 for almost the same price, correct?

I always mix up...

Exclamation

Hi again,

I have found this one, a used one :https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&i....1&disp=emb&zw
But the dealer did not give me any reference, just told me it was the rim I need.
I am not that sure... It more looks like a replica than an OEM...
What do you guys think ?
