Default Will these be a problem?

I'm putting new tires and rims on my 13 v6 and I've decided to go with the tsw nurburgring 19x9.5 rims and hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 tires with 255/40 on the front and 275/40 on the rear. From what I've read on other forums it should fit but I just want to make sure so if you have any knowledge about these sizes it would be much appreciated.

Those size tires tires will not be an issue in terms of clearance. As for the wheels, so long as they are designed for your make/model.

Can you give us a link to these wheels?

On your first link, the "wheel fitment guide" ONLY shows a Nissan as available fitment for a '13 year, but has the 5x114.3 listed as available options.... hmmmm. I looked through the Amazon link and put in your make/model and came up blank.

The off-set is the critical number here and want your 9.5" wheels to be +50mm, in the ideal case scenario.

looking at that guide using the 2012 mustang since the 2013 doesnt show up it looks like I might need a 19x9 for the front assuming nothing changed between the 12 and 13
