Default Tire question

Hey guys got a question I got an 1995 mustang gt. I have had about 17 years now it's been sitting for the past few years. I drove it very little other then around the block once a year. I have decided now that I got some time I want to drive it again but it needs to be worked on a bit(fuel pump, tires, wires and plugs thats just to get it up and running). The tires are dry rotted so they need to be replaced they are 245/40z/18 98w. I want to get new tires but I am not trying to spend alot because it needs a bunch of work. Do you guys have any suggestions as to a cheap alternative to those tire not planning on racing it just enjoying it.

I have four used Nitto NTO5 ultra high performance tires I'll sell you. $200 shipped. Still have about 50% tread left. Nasty wide 285 for the rear and 275s for the front.
