Why didn't you ask the person who sold them to you... I can tell you they're aftermarket, of course.
They're round, have ten spokes, got some dust on them... There's a cricket next to the tire there...

As far as the rims, someone would have to recognize the center cap for a brand name. Also,
you should have shown all the markings on the back side of the rim. There may be some
information there. Other than that, it's a guessing game, your your guesses are as good as
anyone else's.
