Default 2005 5 Spoke Wheel Dilema

Repurchased my 2005 Mustang GT from the person I sold it to. They had changed the wheels and my desire was to get it back to OEM wheels etc.... I bought wheels from AutoRim, they looked just like my originals and fit without a problem until I went to put my 3spoke spinner in the center. They just popped right off. The spinners are from Ford so I assume they are to spec, not 100% on the wheels. Could someone please share a photo of their wheel from their 2005 5 spoke and show me what the opening looks like.
Attached

Original came with my 2005

The AutoRIm replacement

Ford Issue Spinner

Ford Issue Spinner
is the new wheel and the original along with the spinner.

If possible if someone has the spinners on their 2005, then maybe you can share the dimensions (length) of the tangs that pop into the wheel opening?

Should still be the same wheel if it is an 05, can you take a pic of the center cap opening and share it with me please?

did you buy replica wheels or refurbished wheels. On refurbished wheels the spinners should work fine. On replica maybe not as the center hub might not be machined to the same spec.

So, replicas. Sounds like the center hole opening is a tad too large for the factory spinner centers. You can try gently prying the metal arms outward from the center a bit on the spinner to see if they will hold better.

Default Wheel Cap dimensions

took some measurements, it is not the ID of the hub but the depth of the recessed lip that the tangs need to grip or lock into.
