Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
Ordered this car in mid July 05. It's one of the last 05's built and has been nothing but a joy to own. I started to just turn her into a decent little bolt-on Stang, but some extra cash lingering over my mod budget finally possessed me to go for broke with a supercharger. I went with the twin screw because I really wanted that old school big block low rpm torque hit. :)
Right now the car is setup up to be a street fighter. Good enough shocks, LCA's, and tires for some decent drag racing, but mostly tuned up suspension for carving corners. It's more of a balanced setup. I do still have plans in the future to push the power level up a notch or two, just depends on the kind of funds I can make available when the time comes. Right now I'd still like to push the boost up to 8psi and get some long tube headers on. I'm also looking to do a mid-pipe muffler to regain some of that pre-05 rumble
And off in the distant future I'd like to get to work on the exterior. I have plans to do the CDC Foose style aluminum hood and some custom 18 in Magnum 500 replicas. Then I'm gonna finish the whole project off by sanding her down and getting a full custom black paint job with a mile deep clear coat finish. Can't wait.
