We can’t wait to see the completed mods on this classic.

Oh, and don’t worry, we’re not talking about the exterior of this first-generation Fastback, as we can’t imagine any Mustang fan wanting to tamper with that.

Nope, the kind of restoration awaiting this classic American beauty lies inside the car, as highlighted in a recent CarScoops report.

Carlex Design, a Poland-based custom shop, is busy cooking up a few special touches for the inside of the Mustang. But they’ve been kind enough to share some of the work in progress, including a highly-detailed steel wheel with a carbon-fiber grip and 3-hole bolt pattern.

Sure, we don’t have a whole lot to go on as it relates to Carlex’s specific plans for the Mustang, but based on these pics, and some of the other custom projects Carlex has been involved in over the years, we’re betting this is going to be one dynamite interior when it’s all said and done.
