Drool Worthy Mustang Cost $1.3 Million to Build
Typically, when you hear of a vintage Mustang costing $1.3 million, it’s usually because it’s acquired the value over time. Rarely, is that million-plus price tag associated with what it cost to build the car, which is why this Ford Mustang, known as Obsidian SG-One, has been generating so much buzz. Well, that and the fact that it’s one menacing looking machine.
The one-off Fastback has been totally modified to the point that not a single surface, nut, or bolt has gone untouched, according to Car Scoops. Some of the features include a pair of headlights from a 2005 Mustang, brake cooling intakes, custom side skirts, wider rear fenders, and a rear diffuser.
Under the hood is a twin supercharged 6.4-liter small-block V8 with 840 horsepower.
The Mustang also features a reinforced chassis, a hidden four-point roll cage, and 14-inch rotor Brembo brakes with four-piston calipers.
Sound interesting? Well, this beast crosses Barrett Jackson’s Northeast Auction block in June, with no reserve. If you’ve got a whole lot of spare change lying around.
