just rent a spring compressor from autozone, and do the install your self. its pretty straight forward and easy. you really need a 2nd set of hands too.

If you rent a spring compressor, it's so simple a caveman can do it. Seriousy i'm in a wheelchair and I did it.

Lowered on Ford Racing Springs, and i am currently still on the factory 18x8.5in rims w/ a 235/50/18 tire on all fours.
