Performance White Stangs
#11
I had to have my chin spoiler painted twice till it matched right. white is a PITA to match..plus it will yellow some with age and sun exposure. there are 2 different performance whites for our cars too, adding to the difficulty. all future body parts i plan on getting will be un-painted from now on and ill just take them to my local paint guy to make sure it all matches!

My painter had a heck of a time matching the white on my car (its more of a pure white). The Ford color code was more of an off-white. I think he added a good bit of white (maybe took out yellow) to the ford color to make it match.

I bought a New TakeOff bumper cover from those folks in Fort Wayne also. The one I received is also yellowed, but scratched on the passenger's side and on the bottom. Looks like it was dragged off a rollback, then jerked off a car. Anyway, I'm having it repainted to High Performance White (color code HP) to match my 2007 Mustang GT. Should be done this evening or tomorrow. Damn shame it is costing me $200 for the repaint and clearcoat. Color mismatch and shipping damage recovery from NTO is yet to be determined. I can only hope they will make it somewhat right. If not, I'm in it for $549.
