They most likely won't adhere too well or for too long to the rubber. I suspect if you can't peel them off with your finger nails that they'll come off over time due to the flexing of the rubber. Is it really that noticeable or are we being a bit ****?
Are you referring to the marks put on the tires at the factory to aid in balancing the wheels? If so, just spray some water on the spots and use a scrub brush.
I have paint (small round spots) on the tires of my new car. How do I get rid of them ?

I literally sprayed on some windex then scrubbed it off with a tough cloth after I noticed that I must've recently rolled over a wet speedbump a few months ago. Really quick process
