just need to know if i need to remove the front bumper to fit them?

You might be able to access the turn signals from the wheel wells. Try to turn your wheels to the side then remove the fender liners to gain access to the lights. But if you or your tires are kinda big, you'll probably need to remove the wheel as well. If your 2010 fender liners were anything like my 2005's, then they're kinda just held in place by plastic clips.

Worse case scenario, you have to take off the bumpers too which involves removing the fender liner anyway.

No, you dont need to remove the front as the markers can be removed and installed from underneath. it does get tight in there though and if you have a way to raise the car it makes it easier.
