Motor mounts

RE: Motor mounts
To each his own I guess. I would rather my car not feel like it's about to fall apart while sitting at a light. While I personally have some appreciation for old school cars I know that most people who don't know much about them would probably be asking me what's wrong with this piece of junk if it rattles as bad as it sounds like it might after those mounts go in.

RE: Motor mounts
The reason I put them in is because my Saleen was chewing holes through the hood. With the prothanes in = no more hood chewing = me
The car does not feel like a race car. The car does not feel like it's going to fall apart at a stop light. They do not make my car rattle. Previous descriptions on how they make the car feel have been, well, not the way I would describe it. They've been installed in my car for over a year.

RE: Motor mounts
this doesnt sound like the prothane motor mounts i put on my 07 mustang before i sold it.... the car actually felt great.... i was expecting a huge increase in vibrations adn the normal issues with mm swaps but when i cranked the car for the first ttime with the new mounts on i felt nothing..... no increase in sound.... no vibrations or anything... even my buddy that helped me put them on couldnt believe that they just like stock.... They also improved my shifting 10 fold...... my 2-3 felt great compared to the stock mm.... IDK but that was my experience with the ones i bought and experienced nothing of what your saying....
